Repair Quotes: All repair costs will be quoted only after we inspect the item. Repair costs will typically not exceed 60% of the original purchase price of the product.
Self-Repair: In some cases, for non-technical repairs, parts may be shipped to customers for self-repair. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Issue: Damaged or broken wires are generally not worth repairing due to cost-effectiveness.

Issue: Handles are designed to be durable and very rarely break.
Solution: If replacement is needed, click here and submit an order inquiry for a new set.
Issue: Broken or cracked screens.
Solution: The machine must be shipped to us for screen replacement. Contact us to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Issue: Broken or cracked machine case.
Solution: The entire machine must be shipped to us for repair. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for further details.
Issue: Broken charging port or USB.
Solution: The machine must be shipped to us for repair. Contact us to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Issue: Battery not lasting long enough.
Solution: Depending on the machine version and customer circumstances, we may ship replacement parts for self-repair. Otherwise, the machine needs to be shipped to us for repair. Contact us to discuss options available.

Solution: The waist-pad must be shipped to us for repair. Contact us to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
Issue: The wire connecting the machine to the waist-pad is broken.
Solution: The waist-pad must be shipped to us for repair. Contact us to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Solution: Unless absolutely certain that the connecting wires are faulty the healthpad and connecting wires must be shipped to us for repair. Contact us for further details and if necessary to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
